  2. Hello. I did my revision on May 27 2016 my Pre Op diet weight was 229 day of my surgery was 219 I am now about 6 months out and I currently weigh 175 you do lose super slow sucks but it's coming off lol. Before my revision I gained about 30 pounds back. It was more than I weighed to began the initial surgery with the band I was weighing 205. I wish you luck and don't get discouraged regardless it's coming off. Still need a ways to go. Keep your head up Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

    Seeking Buddies 5'2" & Under

Hello all, I'm 4'11' and pre op I weighed 229 the day of my surgery May 27th I weighed 219. Today I weigh 181 so total loss 48lbs in about 4 and 1/2 months. It's a good outcome but as of last month I started having bad heartburn. I take Omeprazole 20mg twice daily and it still doesn't help. My doctor said it was because I was eating large portions than I should which is true. I started back all the way to liquids again and hoping things will change. Otherwise I have no clue what to do. These bad eating habits are coming back. It's so hard. Blahhh. Forgot to mention I had a revision from band to sleeve. I'm starting to think I should have just done the bypass ???????? 6. I think I may be just as confused. As I also had a revision band to sleeve 5/27. I started at 229 I'm currently at 206 I also fall off the wagon but continue to jot my food intake and I never go over 950 calories regardless what I eat. I would assume I would still loose at that rate. I don't know. I'm back on track now but it's just patience remember this is a tool.
  7. I have for Breakfast early Muscle Milk lactose free. (Milk destroys my stomach). Water or Gatorade (watered down) in between if I get hungry I will have Malt O Meal. Then chicken broth for lunch. Maybe 2 or 3 ounces of another Protein drink usually my Forever Fit one. Then maybe snack SF Jello. For dinner I'll have chicken broth again or if I'm not hungry I will have nothing. Usually the craving do come from my head it's like I just need to have it in my mouth. 8. It Means so much so much to hear all this. I think a big part was because I felt alone because everyone in my house is not supportive at all I mean they eat anything and everything they want. I appreciate it, I do. I did way better today had nothing bad. But I think I may have caught my 3 year old stomach bug. Not good but I'll survive. Thanks your time is greatly appreciated Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App

  12. Yes. I feel so so hungry. Today is my 6th day post op. I had the lap band prior and I guess I have the same restriction I don't know. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App Are you taking an acid reducer? It's more likely acid or head hunger. If you're "hungry" - have something from your plan.I do. I take Omeprazole twice a day. I don't want to do it but today it was like I had a break down. Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App I need to definitely re read my plan Sent from my SM-G925T using the BariatricPal App
