Yeah I definitely agree with this. Cheese adds up in calories quickly and that could definitely stall weight.
Personally I couldn't live without it. I eat 2 baby-bel cheeses a day!

Hey guys! I wanted to hop on here to ask if anyone out there has a Fitbit or something along those lines. I'm interested in purchasing one but have seen mixed reviews.
If so, what kind of device do you have and what's your experience with it? Any recommendations?

Wow thanks everyone! I wasn't expecting so many replies! I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and don't have much energy yet... So I've been researching which tracker would be best to buy. Not gonna lie, it's a little overwhelming!

Don't think it's a diet, it's a change in eating habits. We're suppose to learn how to eat in moderation going forward.
I was sleeved 5/29/15. I just made my 1 year yesterday. I added a pic just in case you were curious how those Snacks have helped along with a lot of high Protein homemade chili in the beginning stages .
