  2. There have been a couple days this week that have been a little challenging. I'm 3 months out and doing everything right as far as drinking enough Water, getting enough Protein & taking Vitamins. Ive just been having a tough time with nausea no matter how slow I eat. I've also been on my period this week and although I've never experienced nausea with my period in the past, but maybe now i have been because my body is changing? I don't know. I'm just trying to sort it all out! Is there anyone out there that just have bad days with food sometimes? Like your body just doesn't want it? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  6. Yeah I definitely agree with this. Cheese adds up in calories quickly and that could definitely stall weight. Personally I couldn't live without it. I eat 2 baby-bel cheeses a day! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  8. This is what I was gonna post about. I ordered the strawberry ones recently and freaked out when I tasted one. Tastes a lot like a starburst. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. Wow thanks everyone! I wasn't expecting so many replies! I'm 3 weeks out of surgery and don't have much energy yet... So I've been researching which tracker would be best to buy. Not gonna lie, it's a little overwhelming! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. Hey guys! I wanted to hop on here to ask if anyone out there has a Fitbit or something along those lines. I'm interested in purchasing one but have seen mixed reviews. If so, what kind of device do you have and what's your experience with it? Any recommendations? Thanks!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  16. Hi guys! I was sleeved 5/31 and was just cleared to start my purée stage of my diet. Today was my first day of the purée stage and I find myself feeling weak and kind of dizzy. I've been keeping up with my Water intake so I don't think I'm dehydrated. Did anyone else experience this? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  17. Oh okay. I'm going in for my post-op appointment tomorrow, so I will ask about it. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  18. I've been feeling this too. I came on here to ask the same thing. When did you get your surgery? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
