  1. I'm telling her my experience I'm pretty sure you don't live with children. They pick up on a lot. The questions people post on this board are for support not to be ridiculed maybe your post bashing moms telling their experiences is the most ridiculous post ever.
  2. I told my 13 year old and she wouldn't stop crying 2 days before until I came home. I didnt want to tell my 6 year old so I didn't. Once I got home I told him I had surgery and he looked so scared.
  3. I feel it also at times sleeved 2/16 & I was on soft foods
  4. I didn't have a pre-op diet but I did cut out soda because I knew it would be hard & I was right but I ate normally up until 24 hours of surgery.
  5. I'm 3 weeks post op and get in about 45 oz my surgeon says as long as your drinking you don't want to become dehydrated but not to stress soon enough we will be drinking the needed amount
  6. I also had a low grade fever one week post op I think 100 my surgeon said anything over 101.4 is worrisome. The chest pains can be gas use the aspiration & walk around but if it hurts really bad you might just want to get it checked out
  7. It's really up to the person I would say take as much as you can. I work from home took 2 weeks but my first week was so rough !! Sorta feeling back to normal but still with low energy

  9. My surgery was at 1 done by 3. I was in & out of sleep until like 7pm. I would open my eyes and go back to sleep the pain meds & anesthesia knocked me out good. I would just grunt at people lol
  10. My surgeon only recommended a mult-vitamin. I'm also taking vitamin C and Vitamin D. I want to start b-12 & vitamin B what vitamins & when did everyone start taking them ???

  12. I had the same on my left leg went away almost 2 weeks out. Surgeon said it's had to do with your nerves during surgery and being moved around and nerves being pulled he said it's a fairly common complaint after surgery
  13. How soon did you start the gummies ?
  14. I had the Sleeve and was so nervous I wanted to cancel the night before 10 days post op in the recovery phase.
  15. I'm just sleeved like you 2/16 I strive hard for at least 32oz not including protein shakes very hard

  17. Thank you, that's my next option I hear great reviews from miralax. I'm gonna try benifiber first since it's what my surgeon wants me to try
  18. I was very constipated it was so painful I thought something was wrong like a leak. I took milk of magnesia per surgeon suggestions on the toilet all night but feel much better. Question what do you take to stay regular ?? My doctor recommends benifiber any suggestions ?
  19. Hi ! Yes thankfully so. I was extremely constipated which was causing the severe pains & I guess fever since I was so uncomfortable. I told milk of magnesia and I'm better but scared it happens again

  21. TMI Post Sleeved 2/16 w hitial hernia. I have pain from under my breast's to belly button that general area (walking helps pain) I have my period & haven't pooped since Wednesday w/ a fever of 100.4 I just called my surgeon he said take milk of magnesia and if I reach 101.4 call him he's thinks moving my bowels will help
