Our stomach is still healing and the hole is small. So it has to pass through and when it does it stay at the top first then travel to the bottom of your stomach lol. I ask my doctor and thats what he told me.

I am the only one who is surprised when i see old pictures of myself. Everyone else knew how fat I was except me. But I know my family loved me just as much then as they do now. And I have no doubt your family feels the same. Yes, our obese past can be embarrassing, but it's all a part of who we are. Make those photos a part of your motivation and pride in how far you've come!

I'm almost 2 weeks out and I was put on soft foods on Monday. It was probably the best day of my life I've been eating refried Beans with shredded cheese, turkey chili, low fat cheese sticks, mashed potatoes with no problem! I do get full fast but the food goes down with no problem! I was afraid I would have problems eating but I've been great so far! If you're still on liquids, don't be discouraged! It gets way better
