    I'm 4 years post op. I had regained 35 lbs. Back in April I decided to get it off and I have. I'm at the lowest weight I've been at since my surgery. I'm going to try to lose about 10 more lbs. otherwise I'm happy where I am now. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    I tried posting this in the powder room but it wouldn't let me. Lol My 20th high school reunion is in a couple weeks. Which shoes do you think look best with this dress?     I'm 4 years post op. I stopped smoking one month before my surgery. I stayed not smoking for two more years following surgery. However I fell off the wagon and started smoking. Been smoking again for 2 years. No ulcer issues. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
