I'm leaning towards the shoes in the top left hand corner as they are flats. Opinions welcomed. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  18. I'm excited, I weighed in at my lowest weight after surgery this morning. So, I've managed to take off my 35lb regain. I was aiming for 168 as my goal weight, but I've pushed it to 165 now. So 9lbs to go. I'll see how I feel about losing more when I get there. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  20. Well, obviously this is not your case as you stated you get all your Protein in, but when I backslide on the types of food I'm eating, aka not enough protein, I start losing my hair a lot. It still happens to me 4 years out. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. That happens to women who haven't had surgery. They might even gain, due to Water retention. It's very common. Try to not let it stress you. I've been stuck at the same weight for 7 days due to these reasons. I'm expecting a whoosh soon. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. Unfortunately if you owe it, you owe it even if someone else made a mistake and didn't charge you prior to surgery. My advice is to try to make payment arrangements with the hospital as to a monthly amount they want sent. Good luck Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  23. I was self pay. My first appointment with the surgeon was April 24, my surgery was June 12. I was able to schedule it as soon as I had my finances in order. After my consultation, I started the loan process through my credit union. When I had the money, I called and set a date. I didn't have to jump through any of the usual hoops that insurance patients do. I just had the normal pre surgery blood work. I had a liquid diet for either 3-5 days before hand (it's been a long time ago, can't remember exactly.) Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
