@@xoxococojay - two years out, I drink Water like I used to (actually happened by month 3 or 4. I still can't eat anything bread like without being really careful to really chew it up. There is something about stuff that just crams up in the sleeve. But I eat everything else, just much less. I also eat better quality stuff because when you only eat 4 ounces at a time...you can. Only downside if you can call it one is you are forever going to be getting doggie bags when you eat out unless you stick to a small appetizer.

You'd better glean whatever pearls of wisdom you can from them quickly as the successful vets......the very ones who have have helped bring many of us to a much better weight and state of being.....are being permanently banned from this sight.
The good news is....the newbies that feel like lost sheep can take comfort in the fact that any and every imaginable "bariatric product" is only a click away. They will be able to shop until their heart is content around here. Lot's of product for sale.
The 2 year plus successful vets don't rely on such products.....don't buy them......therefore are of little value here, it would seem.
It's a sad state of affairs around here.
If the goal were for us to help each other lose unwanted weight and improve our lives.......the vets would stay and the interaction here would flourish.
Sadly.....the goal seems to be to sell product.
I and many other would gladly pay a membership fee to keep the doors open and support the costs associated with running the sight.

All you can do is wait and see... I had the sleeve so no changes to my bowel situation however when he ejaculates in there it usually for me acts as a enema. Always has... that's just me though.

I don't know of many of us that are medically qualified to answer that question. You really ought to check with your doctor on that one.
As far as people's sexual preferences if you don't have a good answer here then don't reply. I can see the concern in this question. My wife is a four-year degree Psychology major with an emphasis in abnormal sexuality. This is not considered abnormal anymore.

First of all, I tried to post this in the powder Room, but I got an error message. I'm not shy, so I really don't care who responds.
I used search and didn't really find an answer. After RNY, I've heard there can be bowel issues.
Would any of these issues cause problems for anal sex? I'm not worried so much about just the act, but I'm wondering if things there get volatile so that if he comes there, would it trigger an issue?
This is not something we do regularly, but once in a while it's a nice way to spice things up. I'm hoping my new plumbing won't take that away.

You're not alone. It happens to me with drinks. And can be loud! I didn't do much broth, everything was too salty so I ate a lot of applesauce. I'm having a yogurt now and it's going bubble bubble. I'm 4 weeks out, can't speak to the does it go away part.

My theory is that it is just air getting trapped in the stomach when you swallow food and it gurgles because all the bubbles have to find a way back out and that movement makes noise. The reason it didn't happen pre-op was because we had huge stomachs with plenty of room for a few air bubbles. Everything wasn't so constricted and they could ease their way out without pressure. They had room group together into a single burp, instead of each bubble getting squeezed out right away.
I find it happens less when I eat carefully to avoid swallowing air and gulping.

So tonight was a very bad evening for me. Something that happened got my old triggers awake which would normally make me go buy myself a binging dinner to make me feel good again, . but now with the sleeve I cannot do that and I have no idea what to turn to when this happens. I don't have many friends, no S.O, no parents left to talk to . so really went into panic mode . I should probably seek some help for this but I don't know. I'm sur I'M not the only one who have this issues. how do people deal with that?

Again. I highly doubt anyone is OFFENDED by you, but certainly your "story" has gaping holes.

Who is/was your surgeon? How old were you when you had lap band? What hospital did you use? Insurance or self pay? Did you have a psych eval? How did you meet the dietary requirements?

Why am I wasting my time when I am positive you will answer none of the above relevant questions?
