  1. Are you looking anywhere including out of the states? @@jdomain
  2. NONE of us were fans of our previous pictures! You have come a long way. Keep up the work. Congrats!
  3. I'm sitting in the waiting room of my local occupational health. I'm short 2 employees of my 5 man (Including me) crew. I'm waiting here because I have reasonable suspension of the employee mentioned above being under the influence of alcohol. I'm strongly believing that I will be a 2 man crew shortly...
  4. Just a tool! I've always wondered why my tools are in the garage and my projects are too but unless I'm using those tools nothing gets done. Now I know. I always thought that I had defective tools!
  5. You have to post pics with something that awesome. Congrats!
  6. I was fortunate to not have to have one but I was close and I was always concerned. To never have to worry about it is going to be awesome! Congratulations!
  7. I agree with the above. My surgery coordinator is vegan. She was sleeved about 2 years ago and she has done reasonably well but she is nowhere near where she would like to be. If I recall correctly she has lost 60 pounds but would still like to lose another 60.
  8. I'm not that far out so my desires may be different next year. It hasn't been difficult to stay on my plan for the most part. My dad works for Harry and David where they have some amazing goodies. I'm allowing myself one evil chocolate covered cherry a day which I've only done twice even though they have been here since Thanksgiving. I also have had 2 pieces of my wife's amazing (damn near angelic) fudge. A piece of Andes mint fudge and a piece of pumpkin pie fudge. I do image that when next year rolls around that I might have a piece of pumpkin roll too but we'll see. That roll is addictive and I didn't want to be like a vampire and develop "the taste" for crack in pumpkin form.
  9. You are looking really good, congratulations!
  10. Happy wife happy life is one saying. Ya gotta sleep sometime is another. Choose your battles wisely.
  11. But smaller than your highest??? Banded 10/12/16 Yes. It is safe to say that I probably weight less now than I did then.
  12. I was back in 8 days. No issues whatsoever but I also had a very smooth surgery.
  13. I'm fully aware of this phenomenon as well. My awareness is what is keeping one of my employees alive at this point in time...
  14. 4 slices of bacon is 320 calories. It is also pretty easy to eat for breakfast. Each ounce of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage is 65 calories and 5 grams of protein. Most cheese seems to be 100-130 calories per ounce and 5-8 grams of protein. Add cheese to your current meals and have some oinker to start your day.
  15. I noticed that my posts related to my surgery in Mexico completely disappeared. I asked about it and strangely enough I never got a response even though my messages were read.@@AnaDmom3
  16. All right dang it! You know that ya gotta get somethin in ya! Seriously, I believe that we all have times where our bodies just aren't responding in a happy maner. I had days like that pre op too. Now that we are post op we are finally listening to our bodies. Get in some liquids or soft foods (I could really go for some pudding) and pound a protein shake if you need to.
  17. Doooooo iiiiittttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!
  18. Check with your doctor for sure but I know that I had problems with pepper in the first couple of weeks but strangely enough wasabi was fine.
  19. I agree that certainly isn't a small victory. That is HUGE! Having your mind on the right track is sooooo important to your success. Congrats on mentally stomping that ice cream!
  20. Lookin goooood girl! Congratulations! We have had a rough year medically as well, 2016 can kiss my saggy ass! Unfortunately 2017 is starting off with tube in my son's ears so it isn't starting off great...
