These two people have very different lives, the one on the left hated Mondays because he had to go to work and didn't feel well because he only had 3 hours of sleep due to the fact his sleep apnea tried to kill him every night. The one on the right cannot wait to wake up after a great night sleep, to get to the gym and sculpt his guns. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Who is choosing to keep surgery a secret?
It's quite scary to hear people say "not telling a soul" if people in your lives can't support a desicion you are making to better yourself, surround yourself with better people. A MAJOR part of succeeding with this journey is a support system. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Thank you so much.. Slowing down is normal as you start eating more and your body just adjusts itself to stable state. I have not lost a single kg for about 4 months now but I am past goal weight and have a lot of excess skin to take off...do you move more now that you are significantly lighter? Who is choosing to keep surgery a secret?
I have no issues in telling people how I lost 319lbs. I also have no issues in admitting that I had lost control of my life and needed drastic change and intervention..anyone who judges me for taking back control does not deserve a second of my time. Don't be ashamed. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Guys who started over 400 lbs.
I started at 609lbs. Loss to date is 319lbs. I was relatively healthy apart from the sleep apnea. And mobility problems. Post surgery I am the best version of myself I have ever been. I had no complications whatsoever.
