  1. Wow! You are right about millennials. Excellent correlation!
  2. Meh. I say we are pretty awesome for being elderly. I just registered for Zumba certification in January and I can't wait. I will, however, most likely to tie my saggy old tits up around my neck during class. Oh my! I just pictured that in my head and it wasn't how I like to see boobies! I need to grab my sweetie for a palate cleanser.
  3. That is why I said reputable. My surgeon in Mexico won't do anyone that low either.
  4. When your in laws have no clue of your real size. My father in law is 5'5" and 138, he wears 31" jeans. I wear 32's and I'm fairly certain that I could do his 31s. They bought me XL lounge pants that are literally 4 inches from my nipples. If i don't wear them this high im pretty sure that a gang member will think that I'm doing an initiation because the crotch goes to my knees. On the postive side I can unbutton the fly and reach DOWN to clean out any offending bellybutton lint. I'm fairly sure that they would have bought a size small or medium for him.
  5. You are 5 ft 5 inches, 183 pounds, you have a BMI of 30.5. Here in the states nobody reputable would touch you. Anyone reputable would send you to counseling.
  6. You stay on your side of the country and I will keep my wife blindfolded, ears plugged and tied up on this side of the country!
  7. Nah. I know that they won't prep the way that I do but that is ok. I just make good choices when ordering and I feel good about it.
  8. I have a very deep voice. Think James Earl Jones or Barry White deep. Even when I was (really) fat, women would constantly gush over me and my voice - even if Mrs. LittleBill was present! She is used to it by now, but some of them get pretty demonstrative, and they are always asking me to "say something". The standard thing I say is "Oh baby, oh baby" whenever something like this comes up. I am not sure I am going to tell her you think I look good though, even though I I know it is in the most manly way possible. You know, just in case. At any rate, thank you. I appreciate it. If you can talk like Sam Elliott then you need to keep your dang mouth shut around my sweetie! All I have to say is "Beef, it's what's for dinner" and she is hot and bothered.
  9. 231 still. A bit of a stall trying to change my eating and exercise. I'm getting a lot more protein (100+) and everywhere that is sore from working out went up in measurements.
  10. While I can't refer to you as hot, you've come a long way. In the most manly way that I can say this, you look good man!
  11. I'm having sausage and eggs for breakfast this morning. I personally am not a huge fan of turkey sausage unless it is wild turkey. I will agree that I think that the pork fat is what causes the issue with sausage. Pork fat mixes in well with game meats and I had a problem with bear sausage that was made with pork fat.
  12. @@LittleBill Now I know why I've been hearing dogs howling all day!
  13. The most important part here is that you are healed at this point. So much different than newly post op people who are risking damage to eat off plan.
  14. It truly gets easier. You can do iiiittttttttt!
  15. Awesome, thanks for the feedback. Were you eventually able to tolerate sausage? Or do you find that you still have that problem? It is hit and miss at this point. If I do straight sausage then 70% of the time I'm just fine. eggs and sausage mixed I'm good 95%.
  16. That is exactly what I did. I found that the only thing that I had problems with the fat in sausage. Otherwise I was golden.
  17. This morning I had a quiche at my in laws. All I ate of it was the egg portion. Good so far. We usually do a breakfast and gift exchange, come home for a few hours and go back for dinner. That didn't happen. I ran out of my drink, tried water and my stomach got upset. Plain water still doesn't work for me! Dinner didn't happen until 3:30 and the ham tasted like salt. No ham flavor whatsoever! Pink freakin salt! Otherwise there were carrots cooked in brown sugar and butter, scalloped potatoes, rolls and a zucchini dish that had some cheese and breading. Needless to say, I didn't eat squat! Man did I screw up!
  18. Pound the fluids. Preferably with protein. You may be dehydrated.
  19. Even your smile is better, very pretty!
