  1. Please call your doctors office in the morning. At 2 weeks for me everything made me nauseous as well and the Dr. prescribed Zofran for me. Dehydration will earn you another trip to the hospital. I wish you well. It will get better! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. I really don't advise skipping to a regular diet. Keep to the plan your Doctor and/or NUT gave you. Your incisions are trying to heal. In my opinion it is too soon for chicken. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  10. Miralax for me! I buy the costco brand. Much cheaper and the exact same thing. I mix in my Protein shake each morning until I 'go' then every other day. It's not a laxative. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  14. I am currently about 4 1/2 months out. At 4 months I noticed more hair coming out in the shower and in my brush. I don't notice it when I look in the mirror. I started taking Biotin a few months before my RNY which was in February. I have since lost 101 lbs! I still take my Biotin and Bariatric Vitamins everyday of course!   17. I also had gastric bypass in February. I also have had 1-2 dumping experiences and it has really made me examine everything I eat. The episodes weren't awful just really uncomfortable to me. The surgeon recommended that I go with the bypass due to the amount of weight I have to lose, and I am happy that I did because in 4 and 1/2 months I have lost 101 lbs!   20. That is probably the incision they removed the stomach from. Day 5 is still quite painful. Your incision looks the way mine did. There were times I thought I my incisions opened because I was in so much pain. Keep up with your pain medicine and take it easy! Always call the Dr. Office just in case.
