I had my first post op appointment on 07-31. I lost 26 pounds in 12 days. That was hard to believe! So far, I am feeling well. I am off my cholesterol and diabetes medication since the morning of Surgery. I'm still on the liquid diet for a couple more days. Can't wait to switch things up a bit. I'm a little tired of all the shakes. lol

I had my first post op appointment on 07-31. I lost 26 pounds in 12 days. That was hard to believe! So far, I am feeling well. Had my sleeve on 5/15. I was probably a size smaller a week ago but didn't bother to check. I bought one size smaller in workout pants and decided to put them on. Happy to say, they slid on well. 😊

Hearing stories and seeing pics are motivating and inspiring. But actually seeing someone in the flesh a few months later really puts it in to perspective. I saw an acquaintance tonight at church. Didn't get to talk, but I had to do a double take because I honestly thought she was a different person. Wow! ...and she had a big beaming smile on. 😊 Love it!!!
