Dr. Said you can go up to 2 weeks without the multi and a 1 month without the Calcium. I take Bariatric Advantage. It takes me like an hour to chew it up and.swallow little by little.

I had my surgery on Tuesday as well. Feeling pain/gurgling/ pressure in the middle of my chest. Does that mean I'm full??
