  2. Thank you Alex! I needed to read this and I have confidence in my choice of surgery and surgeon. The one thing you mentioned about counseling is something I'm interested in and hope to get. I need to have a better relationship with food so I won't fall into the same bad habits and patterns of emotional eating. I've started having Protein shakes for Breakfast and I'm starting to work out with a walk, bike ride or dance DVD. It's not a lot of change yet but I'm working on it now, instead of after surgery. Thank you once again!
