Sleeved on 25th. What are your daily Fluid and Protein goals?
Also I've been noticing this strange pain at the top of my stomach - like an acid like gurgle??? Can you relate? Is this normal?
I open one capsule 2 times a day and mixed into pudding for acid control

I had surgery around the same time as you. I was really excited with week 1 and I haven't lost any weight week 2. So there it is - huge investment and huge change and it's still going to take time. I know for me the sooner I accept this - the better will be. Good luck hang in there!
