    10 days post op...question

You are doing fab!!!! The weight ebs and flows. I was tired the first 4 months. I am 7 months out today and down 100lbs -- 4 lbs from my goal weight. Follow your plan and work out. You will do great!!!!

    ?

Also not being critical -- you should talk to your nut. My carbs come from veggies -- never a potato or fish with breading -- my Dr. would rather me have shrimp sautéed in butter than breaded and fried. Always Protein first and sometimes only -- according to my doctor. Sleeved on 6/1/2016. good luck!
  3. I was sleeved on June 1st. I cant eat more then 1/2 of food 3x a day. Sometimes I will have a premier drink in the afternoon or first thing in the am with 4 oz of iced coffee. Maybe one sugar free popsical (15 cal) after dinner. No other snacking. I am not hungry at all. Everyone is different. Just follow your plan and track everything. it is so helpful

    Throwing up

My surgery was June 1st. I have not thrown up since transitioning to solid foods but I have come close. I feel like every day I get to know my sleeve better. Somethings go down easy -- others dont. Fish is the easiest -- I never feel nauseous after fish -- crab, salmon, tuna, lobster, scallops -- I can never eat more than 2 oz. but all are easy. chicken is the most difficult. I have not tried beef yet -- but I love it. ground turkey is easy also. If I eat more than 2 oz -- I feel sick......

    HELLO ...IT'S ME!

My sleeve was on 6/1 also -- feeling good also. Trying to get all the Protein in is difficult -- but physically the recovery is much easier than I thought. Where do you have staples? I have no real hunger either -- very strange feeling......
