    I know this answer will be different for everyone, but how many calories a day do you eat a day while in the losing phase? I'm 5'4" and approximately 10 weeks out. My plan says 800-1200, but that seems like a wide range. What works for you? Sent from my LG-H631 using the BariatricPal App

    I am almost 5 weeks out and have not lost weight in 12 days. My weight has actually gone up a pound. Has anyone else experienced this? I have read sbout the 3 week stall, but I thought it would have broke by now. I have upped my calories the last few days to see if that would help.
