Don't know if you are still looking for info. But I order my vitamins from either bariatric pals or bariatric choice. I really like the celebrate 2 in 1 [it's a multi vitamin with the calcium citrate in it) then I just add iron and a sublingual b12. Hope that helps.

I can understand your fear... as my date for surgery got closer i was so scared i really considered not doing it. But i was lucky i have a friend whos 2 yrs post gastric bypass and after talking to her i felt better... still a little afraid. I hate surgerues..needles and all that stuff. But i had my surgery on april 27th and it was easy...didnt have alot of pain post surgery (i walked a couple hours after surgery). Everything has been great ive lost 53 pounds since my surgery.
