  1. For breakfast it varies. I cannot eat alot of food that I would like to eat Because when I chew my food really well, then when it comes to swallowing, it seems as if I am choking. Here are some examples: applesauce, bananas, soup, skinless chicken, ground turkey, boiled eggs. I do have cravings for fritos, but if I have any, I cannot eat alot. I am eating alot less than I did before my surgery. I find myself drink alot of water, because I do get thristy alot. Exercise-walking, taebo, elipical, and stationery bike. Thank you.
  2. Hi, Just joining to today. Was banded 10/15/07. Lost 10 lbs and no progress after that. I am about to have my 3rd fill next Friday. I am so fustrated at this point. I exercise everyday and I eat right. I keep asking myself, "What is going on?" Trying to hang on and taking on one day at a time.:wink2::scared2:
