I find that I have mix up my calories have a few days of being on plan then have a day when Im not so careful. I do have those chicken nuggets maybe on day like that. Wendys 4 pc. is 190 BUT 110 of those calories are FAT calories. Darn those innocent looking nuggets. I feel real bad if I have that many fat calories in just four nuggets.

I have eaten a few bites too close together just swallowed and realized what I have in my mouth isnt going to go down o.k., so out it comes. Ill just quitely put it in a napkin. But olny when I feel what im chewing on isnt going down o.k. This shouldnt be a SUBSTUTION for eating.

Congrats Heather! I think wieght loss makes you more fertile. Its put my mostly non exsisting period to being monthly like clockwork.

I wanted to ask you Renewedhope when is it that you can see a doctor to plastis consults. I weigh 180 (240 @ surgery 4/1/08) and have been averaging about 10 pound a month loss. Charts at the doctors say I should weigh 110-125 for 5'3. I was looking to weigh 140-150. I am 43 and I think looking too thin looks bad when your older. ANYWAY.... I was thinking maybe when I get to get to 160 is when I go to the doctor. Some say to wait til my weight stablizes for a whole year. I didnt want to wait that long. Whats your take on this?

Down 53 pounds and I can see most of things down there. It wasnt the horror fest I was expecting. Not too bad as far looks go. I just didnt realize I had quite a bit of white hairs! YUK! Well, I do have some on my head. Maybe Ill just shave it all off.

Something funny that happened to me tonight at my grocerie store. I was getting my lean cuisines for the next 3 days of work this week and was passing the icecream on my way to the register. I briefly entertained getting some nonfat variety on quickly scanned my eyes toward the confectioary freezer. I cought a glimps of a container I could have sworn read "DOUBLE CHIN" proudly displayed across the front of the icecream container. I did a double take and looked again and it says "DOUBLE CHURN" I thought my minds eye was more acurate and thats what kept me from getting ANY. YEAH for NSVs!:rolleyes2:

thats 240 in April. May and June I didnt write on my calander my weight, In July I weighed 205 and lost a total of 35 pounds. In August its 193 and total 47. Then in Sept its 187 total 53.

Christina . you are doing great. I have 2.8 in my 4cc band. I too had a similar experience although I didnt quite have to go to liquids. I just had to be careful with what I ate for a few days. Then it went back to normal. Its hard keeping on track but at least the band makes it so you really cant overeat like before.

I have had issues with my TOM ever since my April banding. I was, before surgery, maybe having a period about 4 times a year. Then BAM! Right after surgery here it is and I have been like a clock ever since. Maybe the shock of the surgery does something to the body.

Id say sheck in mostly 1 time a week or when you have a change in weight post then.
