  5. Hi Goose, I just joined Pals tonight and yours is the first blog I've read. I pray all has gone well with your surgery and you're resting fine. Deep breath and one hour at a time, get what you need for that hour, then the next and the next. I have one more appointment with my Bariatric Center (to satisfy my insurance company) before I can meet the surgeon. I still have a bit of before weight to lose also, but they say that's not a strict number before meeting the surgeon and planning for the sleeve. I'll check back in a couple of days to see if you've updated. Warmly, Carolyn1967
