Whats wrong.. with constantly... using ellipses... i personally like them.... lol
I use them frequently because it is easier to use them.... than normal punctuation on my phone when i am quickly replying.
Its not a formal document....... do i need to do a spell check and proof read my posts too?.. if so... forget it... i am too busy living my life to worry about some extra full stops in a sentance to please a stranger on a forum... i try my best to use paragraphs and correct my spelling mistakes.. but i am not worrying about it being perfect.. but thats just me
P.S.. just realised this post may come across as rude or mean... the tone i intend is a casual one... no meaness intended ????

Absolutely, as long as i am losing i am happy... frustrated at the slowness... add a metobolic issue, and it gets doubly frustrating especially after hard work and doing the right thing... but its all good...

Well... i would say no..... we are not allowed to lift heavy weights or do strenuous exercise for 12 weeks due to the risk of ripping apart your staples... so i would assume with high speed, velocity and pressure it would be riskier.
Your wounds on the outside have not healed in 2 weeks... and it takes a minimum of 6 weeks to start to heal properly on the inside
Wait... i just realised you are a bypass patient... not a sleeve... you have also had your intestines re routed and a pouch created.... that would be even longer!

Where do you live that they don't sell ground lamb!... thats crazy.. i love lamb!
But i agree with bigviffer.... strength training is more important at this stage than cardio... especially in the tone/loose skin dept.. and it will increase your appetite...
There are plenty of strength training you can do using your own body weight and resistance bands... it doesn't need to be weights...YouTube has lots of those types of vids..
what about swimming? Swimming is good all round.. and im always starving after swimming

Yes, i would only have it in SMALL quantities... because of the fat/sodium content....

I kinda respect this guy for being so open and honest.... i think he might be worth that 2nd date.
It couldn't have been easy for this dude to say that... and thank god for viagara.. so hopefully it doesn't cause issues in that department.
Any guy who is that open on the first date is serious about getting to know you and must really like you...
But if i was in that situation, i would probably want to giggle like a school girl at the awkwardness of it all... lol

What happens if someone is a vet AND newbie?
I'm sure people look at my profile and say... what does this chick know... she is only 12 weeks out....
But i am an 8 year vet of the band...who successfully maintained for 7 of those years.... but i am also a 12 week newbie of the sleeve....
So technically am i a newbie or a vet?
I try give advice based on my experience.... time gives you experience..... but EXPERIENCE also gives you experience.
Example.... someone who has had major complications... they have way more experience on that than say someone who is 5 years post op with a straight forward procedure.
So i think it generally depends on what part of wls the advice is for....
I would rather advice from someone who has experienced it... than someone who hasn't but has been on their "journey" longer..
Time is not an absolute indicator of wisdom.... i know people who are 10 year "vets" who give advice that is just plain wrong... and haven't been successful.
My point is.... it really depends on the topic and level of experience of the person giving the advice.... there is no one correct "answer" that can define what a vet should be.
