  1. cool man. the first couple of months will be a little bit hard, but you're about to enter a wonderful phase in your life. You'll feel down sometimes, but it's all worth it when you see yourself in the mirror after a while :-)
  2. Haha I try to, but i always end up looking grumpy in pictures, don't know why though lol
  3. Oh I'm sorry to hear that :-( 105 lbs wow ! Keep up the good work !
  4. You're entering a new phase in your life. A totally different lifestyle. Best of luck !
  5. Actually my doctor said i can go swimming after around 2 weeks post-op, the same with cardio training. But i had to wait to 6 months to start weight lifting. I usually go 3 to 4 times a week, it depends. I still from time to time cheat a little bit lol but the most important thing is to always exercise. it's always the solution for weight loss stalls.
  6. @ssbthodge Thank a lot ! Best of luck to you too !

  9. Best decision I've made in my life. I'm down 75 kg (165 lb) in around 11 months and working for the last 17 kg to reach my goal weight. A small advice to all weight stuck sleevers, GYM GYM GYM ! SW: 176.6 kg (389 lbs) CW: 102 kg (224 lbs) GW: 85 kg (187 lbs)
  10. I removed my gallbladder along with the sleeve. My surgeon told me that the op. took around 2h and i started to wake up after 3h. However, I still felt a little bit drugged. It took me around 6 hours after the op. to like officially wake up and see who was around.
