Hi well done for your success I was banded at Dolan park Jan 3rd 2016 I'm 10 weeks post op and haven't lost any weight yet I'm trying sooo hard would u mind telling me your typical daily meal and portion size iv a 10 mil band with 6 mil in it and get hungery 2hrs after food I don't know Wat I'm doin wrong

Hi Amy iv been banded for 8 months and was on 6.6ml in 10ml band iv had a defill so am 6.2ml iv been sick everyday for couple months thinking it get better but today I start afresh n would love some advice as I don't know any one that's had a band . I really would appreciate advice on daily meals n size as I'm getting diff advice all time and as u are a success I'd be chuffed if u could help me lol I sooo want to succeed n congrats I bet it's amazing x

Hi I've been banded since Jan 2016 I'm still not at my zone yet but would love some advise as in a general daily meal plan (size) from someone that has succeeded with there weight loss I've lost 1st 9lb but very slowly and don't know if I'm doin something wrong any ideas of a brekki lunch n tea would be amazing
