i actually have been wearing my spanx top, which fits better than the binder, and keeps everything in place- still having pain when leaning forward....almost 4 weeks out... -

anything i felt in my chest, and honestly i thought it was a heart attack a few times, was all attributed to gas- i'm a week out- and it's finally just about gone....
