I'm doing ok getting fluids in still on Clear liquids until the 2nd, but no Protein. My dr told me no smoothie type drinks yet and every time I add my protein to a drink it becomes smoothie looking. I made homemade Soups and strained them for the broth. That and sugar free popcicle a have helped me a lot Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Foamies, I experienced it the day after surgery having my leak test. They kept wanting me to take more and more sips of the contrast. And I kept telling them I can't but they needed it for the test. Not long after foamies. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm 5 days post op and it's hard to get Fluid in. I'm still on Clear Liquids and will be for two more weeks then I can go to full liquids. What has helped me is sugar free Popsicles and I bought/ made Soups strained them and drank the broth. I just got home from the hospital today. Had surgery Wednesday. I packed a bag, didn't use anything but my phone. I was in lala land Wednesday night and Thursday night I was so sick.
