  8. That's were I'm at with my meals as well. I typically only have 1 shake I try to get Protein from the food I eat. I'll be honest I'm over them shakes! Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  9. That's good I didn't start getting serious about my work out until week 3 or so. I was told to make sure the Protein shakes are less than 160 calories per serving. Idk if that helps I drink the Premier Protein Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  10. That's a great question at 1 month out I'm only able to do 500-700 day. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  11. I had rny 5/19 sw: 321 cw:302 I lost 14lbs on my pre surgery diet. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  12. You are not alone! I lost 17lbs in the first two weeks and then week 3 and 4 a total of 3lbs. I was so stressed I thought my scale was broken so I went out and bought a new one. It's really hard to not compare our progress to other people but I think we just have to be patient. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  15. Thanks for sharing I felt like I was taking too much while everyone else was ok a few days out. I started my day with just Tylenol today mostly because I need to get out and about. Sadly not able to make it very far I was so tired after a trip to the post office. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App I know what you mean, my husband and I went out to do an errand today and I was exhausted. It's sad but I feel like the only way I can function right now pain-wise is with the liquid meds, it's such a relief when they kick in but they also put me to sleep. I am trying crushed tramadol tomorrow and see how that will work because regular liquid Tylenol didn't do much (and I had a hard time getting it down even diluted) I am glad I am not the only one as well:) I actually had a very hard time emotionally the other day because I felt like I should be feeling better by now and it seems I am not making that much progress. Goal tomorrow to really work on my water intake... I feel thirsty I really want some nice ice cold glass of watt but can't drink. The cold stuff right now and feel like warm liquids don't take care of my thirst as much... Hopefully one day soon What are you struggling with besides energy and pain? Every day has been a struggle with just being. I live alone and so I've been home alone pretty much since I got home from the hospital. I'm pretty certain I'm not getting in enough fluids. Every time I have a protein shake I get diarrhea. I haven't had the energy to go to the store to try something else. Walmart sell a liquid form of extra strength Tylenol. 22. May 24th here too...where are you located? I'm in Waterloo Illinois Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App hi im May 24th also...New lenox, ILL...im excited but so nervous I'm in Buffalo, Ny. I started my 2 week diet yesterday and it is going okay! I really want to eat something crunchy, but it'll all be worth it in the end!! The two week liquid diet can be a boy challenging. Trust me I went through some true emotions with it. It really showed me my dependency I had with food. I'm 9 days in and I have to admit it does get better.
