I had vsg 5/17 too. When I feel like that I grab a sf popcycle and walk around for a bit. I'm not sure if this distracts me or actual makes a difference....either way I feel better. Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

My surgeon was Dr. Dyer at Centennial St. Louis, Missouri $17,300There are less expensive doctors here. I preferred this doctor and the hospital. My surgery date May 17, 2016
