Clear liquids

I'm doing ok getting fluids in still on Clear liquids until the 2nd, but no Protein. My dr told me no smoothie type drinks yet and every time I add my protein to a drink it becomes smoothie looking. Even when I put unflavored in my crystal light it becomes smoothie type.

I've added unflavored to broth but I have that twice a day.

Any suggestions??

My energy is fine. I feel fine except this terrible pain in my lower left side. Feels like a pulled muscle
