I haven't been able to have even a litre a day since then as I every time I take as sip I feel gassy and get some stomach cramps that pass in seconds. Is this normal? When will the gas go? Will I get dehydrated? When will I be able to have more than just sips at a time? Im even finding it hard to take my liquid meds.
I'm trying to go for walks each day but feel very tired very quickly. I'm going back to my desk job a week post op and am worried I'll be too tired if I don't drink enough. Any advice/help advice appreciated.
