I had a very stressful week at work last week, and I think I have a cold sore on the side of my nose. I've had them on my lip before--but on the side of the nose?? WTH?? ????

Songsmith---keeping my fingers and toes crossed that you will start feeling better soon! What a terrible time for a cold!!!!

Shiloh2004---hope you feel better soon! I totally understand those sleepless night! Hope you can get some rest before surgery! Best of luck to you! I'm so excited for you!!!

Newbie312--it has been TOUGH! But nothing worth doing is easy, right? ????. No way I'm giving up now! Soooo ready for Tuesday! Going to Costco today to get some premier protein shakes for after surgery!!! Good luck to you!

Hi Shiloh and iwillbeschitagain.....my surgery is also on 2/16. Can I join in the group?????. I need reassurance. Been super grumpy all day...that's how I get when I have a lot on my mind!! My poor family!! Well that...and being on this darn liquid diet for 12 days straight! Ready for surgery! I can handle a liquid diet if I'm not constantly wanting to eat everything in sight!????

You look awesome! So glad I found your pic....my surgery is on Tuesday and I am fed up with this clear liquid diet that I've been on for two weeks! You have given me inspiration to finish this thing out---and hopefully not be grumpy to my family Anymore! ????

Haha! My dog smelled like Doritos one morning, which happen to be my favorite....I really feared for his life!!! 5 more days till surgery and I'm hungry tonight!! Stay away poochie!

Maybe you should call your surgeon to see if there is anything you can take to try to shorten the cold or lessen the symptoms. so sorry--/I hope you still can have your surgery on Monday! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Brenda90210---I am also on a 14 day full liquid diet, and some days have been tough (I'm on day 6). I have not cheated. I want this surgery so bad that I don't want to risk anything. I would LOVE to cheat some days though! Hang in there--you can do it. Just think of how good you will look and feel when you are done!! When is your surgery?? Mine is the 16th. So jealous of these folks who don't have to do the 14 day preop diet!! ????
