  6. I still workout bit I'm just so tired. I see my surgeon and NUT thursday. I'm not eating anything, I make myself like 4 protein shakes a day but out of each one I drink 4 -5 ounces. Question? Can I drink water after a protein shake?
  7. I am 4 weeks out today! Having a little hard time getting in my protien, I'm only getting in about 20 grams. I'm not hungry so that's good. I work daily on meeting my protien goal. I see the weight coming off but I hit a stall at three weeks. I hope it start moving soon. I feel great, no pain at all! So glad I did this.

  9. Hello all, I was sleeved on 7-11-16. I'm 3 weeks, 3 days out. Everything is a challenge for me. I struggle to get in 20 grams of protein a day and about 8 ounces of water. SF Popsicles are the only thing that feels good to eat. I feel ok the pain is gone! Still have occasional gas pain but its not do bad. I just wish I can get my protien and liquids down. Anyone have any suggestions??
  10. Oh my, I'm so sorry for the setback but it looks like it was caught and now being resolved. Did you have constant pain or just pain when you eat?
  11. I actually started my journey last year in november. While waiting for my insurance approval, I tested the liquid diet and yes I lost weight, only to gain it back a month later. when I got the call that my sleeve surgery was approved, the thought instantly crossed my mind that I did NOT need the surgery. Right now, I'm just sorry I didn't do it sooner. Listen to your inner self and make the right decision for you. Best of luck and I will be praying for you.
  12. Day 6 post op (sleeved 7 11) I'm feeling pretty good. I have actually been cooking for my family and I'm still not hungry. My big incision is still very painful when I over do it. Doing a lot of walking. Which help with the gas pain and stiffness. I can't believe I'm not hungry! But I'm glad I'm not!
  13. My stomach spasm and I feel pressure in my chest
  14. I am 5 days post op, I am unable to get in my fluids. I need advise on what others are doing to get in their protein and fluids
