Post op

Almost one week post op. It's been a little more difficult than I had expected. However everything seems to be progressing well. I seem to be having a problem getting enough Protein and fluids. Just no desire to eat or drink. Everybody hang in there. Focus on the journey not the destination.

The first week was the worst for me. It all gets better! At nearly 2 years post op, all of the difficult times are a distant memory. It is all worth it in the end! Keep up the good work, you have got this!

  • 2 weeks later...

I'm 7 weeks post op, I have lost 24 pounds, was hoping I would lose faster. But I am very thankful for the pounds lost. I need help here, I can not "go" without taking milk of magnesia, has anyone else experienced this so far out??
