  1. Hello everyone -- I am new to the website. I am awaiting the health plans approval for the Realty Band. I had my consultation on 9/26/08 -- and, have completed all the reviews and tests. Now, I guess I wait. It is such a long process. I can't wait to start posting my progress and sharing information with all of you. Feel free to give me pointers. I would appreciate any advise you're willing to share.
  2. Yes, I have. And, it really works. My husband lost 12 pds. the first week and I lost 10 pds. The only problem -- although I love to eat -- you must eat 6-8 small meals each day. We were actually tired of eating. It really works. And, the workout is awesome! Good luck -- well worth the money.
