I followed all of the rules the doctor gave me. I also drink lots of water, I eat just three small meals a day. If I want a snack I usually eat fruit. I also exercise one to two hours every day.

I followed the rules that the nutritionist gave me. That is to eat three meals a day. I drink all my water an I don't snack. Snacking is a no no for me. I also exercise one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.

I was in a 22W. I shopped at Lane Bryant for all my clothes. Now I am in a 18. I can go into any store that has size 18, and i'm loving it. I go into my favorite store now "New York & Company." I want to get to a size 14 and just maintain my weight.

Use Gas X Strips, and put a heating pad on you lower back. It worked for me.

Things are going well for me. I don't regret on minute of it. The band is the best thing that happened to me. I lost 70 pounds since my surgery which was three in a half months ago. Well good luck to you and keep in touch.
