  1. 7lbs is good. dont feel depressed. weight loss is 1 to 2 lbs a week. its not rapid. just keep your diet low calorie you be on target and the more fills you have. the less amount of food you be able to eat. lapbands are for everybody. its the person that has to work at it. not the band.
  2. your welcome. if you have any another questions about lapbands. pm me. i'll be more then happy to answer them.
  3. hello. well the advise i was given. befor and after my surgery. was that the band fills would stay the same after you lost the weight. once its gone and your down to your normal body weight. you wont lose no more and you still keep the same fill in the band. it will keep the weight from coming back. because if you have the band lose after weight loss. it will all come back on. hope this helps.
  4. 23lbs is great. i was banded back in janaury this year and i have lost 50lbs so far. eating more and less is normal and at first you lose alot and then it slows down to 1 to 2 lbs a week. but only eat things like pizza as a treat. same goes for anything sweet and nice. once in a while. its hard work. but the weight loss is rewarding. keep up the good work.
