Yes, the last 30lbs felt like it too forever for me to lose. The last 10 are even worse but I promise if you stay the course, they will come off!

It slows down a lot as you near your goal. I was down to only about two pounds a month towards the end of my weight loss phase. As long as the scale is still moving, there's no cause for alarm.

what the other comment say is right! just focus on the finish line not how fast you cross it!

dating is nothing compared to the breakup. I just got dumped and I'm still reeling. Not turning to food for comfort though. That's a new way of doing things for me.

Doing on lots of dates is like breaking up every week, its not the same as when you have a long connection to someone, but it is a special kind of hell. Don't know if I have it in me

  9. So I just started to date this amazing guy but this is so hard when going out to dinner with him. I stay in my protons sizes but like the other night I ate eggplant parm.1/4 and then took a slip of a shot and then had 1/4 of coffee. This is so hard. What do I do? I am also having a hard time with drinking and eating at the same time now. Ugh I was doing so great then he came in the picture,

Then you should probably be okay. Nuts and crunchy foods were my last food restriction and, like I said, I was cleared for those at 3 months.

    Leading up to my death?

Yes!!! @@1cutiejulie! I backed out of my surgery twice!! I am 3 1/2 months post op an I am down 83 pounds. Best decision of my life this far. I was nervous wheeling down to surgery and once I stated that they put me right out an woke up in my room a couple of hours later.

    I know I post a lot

@@lmart133 Its just because your swollen now. I remember feeling everything during that time. I was like this is weird. It goes go away after a couple of weeks.

    I know I post a lot

I was told by My Doctor your sleeve can't stretch.( I still feel like I can stretch my stomach) I mean the muscles relax a couple of months after surgery but your stomach can not go back to the size it was.(They removed that part) The people that gain the weight after the surgery is from eating like crap again. I have days I feel more hungry then others and on those does I make sure I am putting Protein in my mouth not junk. I had the same problem with going to the bathroom. I work a Hospital and I went to the ED at work because I didn't go for about 2 weeks and it got to the point my rectum had a pulse because I was trying to force myself to go. (It does get better promise!) I go about every 2 days now which is fine by me because I was going about 8 times a day because of the junk I was eating before the surgery.

You have made great strides so far in your weight loss. Just start riding slow and 25 miles is not that bad. If you cannot go that far at first, each ride after will get progressively better. In no time you will get to that goal, and start getting faster. Enjoy the ride.

      ssflbelle

Wow I too am training for a bike ride but mine is only 14 miles. How many miles have you gone so far at one time.?Is this training on a real or stationary bike? Would you like to become friends and encourage each other along?
