Okay all, I thought I would follow up on this. Over the last couple of weeks I have been wearing more revealing clothing - arms showing, knees showing, etc. I never said anything, but as Berry78 said, it was obvious with the shorter my arm sleeves and shorter skirts . It ended up that I could have had two heads, it wouldn't have mattered!!! All is good in paradise. Thanks for everyone's input.

A weight loss forum is the only place in the entire universe that will ever say "200 lbs isn't that heavy". it seems like today ive read a lot of "low" starting weights and low bmi posts. What baffles me is, most people's biggest regret is not doing this sooner, yet so many are confused at why a person would consider this at a "low weight"( whatever that is ). I say have at it . Why wait . For the most part I don't think anyone is opting to have major surgery just for shits and giggles. Some are concerned that instead of people doing this as a last resort , that its being done for vanity. Can we be honest here, yes most of us have medical problems that weight loss can fix or even save our lives BUT WHO DOESNT WANT TO LOOK GOOD?

    Hi guys!
I get on here every six months or so to update y'all I've never made a topic with progress pictures before, so I thought I would this time, as I've been maintaining below goal for almost a year now.
    SW: 323
    CW: 153
    Size 24/26 to a 4/6
    No skin removal
I ran my first half marathon in February and am running another in November, which is pretty cool! When not in race training mode, I run 3-6 miles, three days per week, and do HIIT style training (heavy weights and cardio) at the gym 2-3 other days per week. I tend to fluctuate between 150-153 lbs, depending on the time of month and just general day to day food/water intake.

Back to basics. Are you tracking your food? What changed? What did you do different before the weight started coming back? What i have noticed in my short time sleeved, is that after the "honeymoon" (which i never had really) you have to do the work. Its almost like the sleeve restricts you long enough for YOU to develop good habits. And then you have to hold onto those habits in order to keep loosing or maintain.

There is a lot missing here. What is your diet? Not just portion size but what are you eating? Are you active? Meeting Water intake? You have not failed, you have that tool for life. I agree that you need to see someone about the reason you have these habits.

Not really ridiculous. Yes, our stomachs got smaller but our brains are still the same. It takes a while for the brain to catch up with the stomach.

The sleeve isn't a quick fix. It's learning a whole new lifestyle & habits when it comes to eating. It won't be a quick fix to "change" or "adjust" the brain right away after surgery either.

I believe people make posts about missing bad food because we're only human. It's okay to miss things you can't have anymore. People shouldn't be ashamed of asking questions even if you don't like the question.

Leaning towards lift with a fat transfer to fix the upper flatness, still have a little meat at the bottom. they look wrinkled in a bra so push ups make it worse.

I so wish I could donate these things to you cuz they are causing me even more back issues since I've lost more weight. I went from 48 HHH to a 42 G. Lost a total of 152 lbs so far & I'm doing all I can to strengthen my back but I run into aches at least 3 times a month. I was foolish to not want any other surgeries either but now I want them decreased in size & all the excess skin removed. Hell if possible I'll increase my buttocks a bit. My mother seems to think I'm addicted to surgery now at I'm on this line of thought. I'm comfortable with me but why not get it the way you want if you can..

I had these thoughts before surgery. The reality is the surgery is on your stomach not your brain. So just like with any weight loss plan, there comes a point when every thing stops. Then what? If you have made that complete lifestyle change after taking a leap and having wls and you still cant get where you want to be??????????? Some may try different things to shake it up.Get it moving again. Whether its a change in eating or changing their work out. Its the same thought process as before surgery. You want to meet your goals and when you are actually doing everything right and its not happening.....HERE COMES THE DIETS

It will always be something I think about.
Food being something we need to survive and want for pleasure. It is always in the back of my mind no matter how full I am from " just eating" I'm already looking forward to eating again.
I feel like I'm more focused on food now then I ever was before. I can't win lol

When i began this journey i was foolish, even though i thought i was well informed. I just knew since i wasn't "that big", plastic surgery would not be needed. First of all my eyes were playing tricks on me. i look back at pics now and i was "that big". But everything was moving along slower than i wanted but still moving, no saggy skin in site. I actually discovered that i had a little bit of a booty hiding under the fat. THEN I WOKE UP AND FOUND THAT MY BOOBS WERE EMPTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT WAS NOT GRADUAL , WENT TO sleep ONE DAY THEY WERE FINE A LITTLE SMALLER BUT STILL AWESOME. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I WAS MET WITH TWO VERY SAD SUNNY SIDE UP EGGS!!! EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY HAS HUGE BOOBS EVEN THE SMALL ONES, SO IN MY MIND I WOULD NOT BE AFFECTED. SO HERE WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SURGEON ~LE SIGH~

Did anyone initially not want additional surgeries but ended up getting them?

Yep, I fully expect to have rocks in socks at the end of this. but ambivalent on whether I'll do anything about it. So far i have lost nothing in my boobs. but I mean it is going to have to come off there at some point right? Im at a 32 BMI right now. To be honest they are the biggest impediment to me fitting into my smaller clothes. I have about 4-5 inches to lose in the chest/back to get into my size 10 dresses. They fit everywhere else, so maybe the next 15 will come off of my chest/back
