Breakfast 2 eggs, 1 piece of toast with about 1/2 tsp.butter. snack is watermelon, grapes or apple(small). lunch chicken with salad and balsamic dressing, the same for dinner. Only dairy I sometimes have a latte or approved Protein shake by doctor.
