Hello everyone im glad to have found this forum, my PCP has told me I need a sleeve, but the doctor he referred me to doesn't take medicaid, only. I have a BMI of 53 and I feel desperate to have something done, I want to be around for my 4 kids. I'm only 35 with lots of life left I don't want it cut short by a heart attack. Can anyone think of a doctor that takes medicaid please.

I just want to fit into a size 16 again I'd by overjoyed with that and to be able to put on my socks with gasping for breath the whole time -
