Not an easy journey but due to my stubborn attitude getting it done.
Most frustrating part - stalling for almost 3 weeks 3 weeks after surgery...
Also - cannot drink or take any protein supplements of any kind. Immediately causes nausea.
Trying to get protein through wise eating.
