    Any sleevers in the UK?

Hot water was a blessing for gas for me. And you will used to everything so quickly. Just listen to your body. And increase your activity as soon as possible. Xx

    Any sleevers in the UK?

I'm doing very well. I am 54 kg down with only 17 to go. Living in the gym they said the last bit would be the hardest. And was able to complete my first 5k last August. Would recommend Mr.mannur and the spire group to any one x

    Spicy food?

Will try keeping things simple. I will try cutting things out and reintroduce them and hopefully at some point be able to enjoy the same flavours. Thanks for the advice!

    Just finished surgery yesterday

My first couple of hours out of surgery I was very lethargic and slow. This improved through out the next day and being on a drip to keep me hyrdrated and I was up and walking all the next day! Returned home after a 2 night stay took it very slowely and had a lot of bed rest using a pillow against my stomach to sleep comfortably. I did slow walks around my house and sipped continually on my water! However I was completely drained and very sleep for about a week and a half. I would say pains from gas took about 3 days to pass, and from surgery took about a week but was still slightly sore for about 2 weeks around my incisions. Take things slowly and rest well and become best friends with your Water bottle.
  7. I am about 3 months out and at the stage where I am back to normal food. I can tolerate most foods, but don't eat bread, pasta, pastry, rice or potatoes. For my evening meals I usually have a meat portion with some veg. However I find that since surgery I can't tolerate how spicy I usually season my meat or any spicy sauces. Has any one else experienced this and if so did it pass? I really like spicy/hot flavours and my family cook with a lot of spicy seasonings as well. So I am hoping it will pass?
  8. Headaches have stopped! I think it was just my body getting used to all the new activities! But thank you for everyone's input !

On the days I do weights I am usually fine but sore for a few days But any day I to intense cardio, I find in the evening I have the worst headaches to point I cant handle bright lights or loud sounds. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or having any ideas what could be causing this X

    Resuming medications in pill form

My doctor advised that after 3 weeks I can resume my tablets, he did say I was to split them up I take 3 different ones so I take them at breakfast lunch and dinner.
  15. I used Pharma PhD whey which is 36g per scoop and optimum nutrition which is 24g I opted for the second as it has hardly any sugar in. I will look into to trying it it with juice all though fruit juice also seems to be something I can't handle as well, eventually something has to give right! Thanks guys will look into everyone's suggestions and have a chat with my dietician and doctor, xxx
