Hey I was sleeved on December 11 an started out at 256, now at 201. Almost at my first goal of 199. I feel like I'm a slow loser but I'm okay with it. I don't really have an ultimate goal but my doctors goal for me is 160. Keep up the good work!

Lol at least twice a day I feel like I'm swallowing an elephant.. After a few minutes I'm OK.. Normally that after eating my pudding or applesauce. I guess a chicken enchilada is out the question j/k.

Guys I'm three days out and I can say I feel super disappointed. I'm in a lot of pain (abdominal and my chest/espoghagus). I keep reading people aren't in pain. Is there anyone feeling like the game operation guy. My insides feel all twisted up and by the way I cannot stand the smell or sight of most foods especially broth. Please help me!!!
