I'm 4 weeks out 27 PDS down. My goal weight was 100 PDS at time of surgery. I'm pretty sure I'll get there. 100 PDS puts me at 130 which is the lowest I ever want to be. -

Lol at least twice a day I feel like I'm swallowing an elephant.. After a few minutes I'm OK.. Normally that after eating my pudding or applesauce. I guess a chicken enchilada is out the question j/k. -

The entire process was exactly 8 weeks. I already knew what was required and what my insurance needed. 3 weeks later approved 3 weeks after that surgery scheduled, and as of 12/15 I had my surgery.. I'm nor hungry but my hunger brain is in overdrive. I tried literally 1 chip today and my stomach was not having it????. -
Hi all!! I'm not hungry but the first thing I want is salad when can I eat it.. Its not hard to digest and no where I'm my paperwork does it say when I can eat salad

@@Emilie.Lancaster thank you. Today I'm feeling a bit better but I'll be going for my post op first thing Monday morning. I still feel like I shouldn't be in this much pain. I'm only 24 and my starting weight was 225. Today I am 219. -

Guys I'm three days out and I can say I feel super disappointed. I'm in a lot of pain (abdominal and my chest/espoghagus). I keep reading people aren't in pain. Is there anyone feeling like the game operation guy. My insides feel all twisted up and by the way I cannot stand the smell or sight of most foods especially broth. Please help me!!!
