    Need a buddy/mentor

I would advise you to go into the clinic and get the fill. The more you wait, the chances that you start gaining weight increase. If you haven't gained a lot of weight then the clinic should understand, depending on how many times you visit them.
  2. I was told that stretching your stomach will resort to having the band taken out and put back in a few weeks later after your stomach has shrunk. I am just wondering and slightly scared to know if and how you know your stomach is stretched. I've noticed that my hunger is back and I can eat almost all of the food on my plate before I get hungry again, usually consists of a chicken breast and a few boiled fresh carrots(chopped). Does it take a lot to stretch your stomach, and if so how would you know if you did?
  3. As many have seen my last post about barely eating anything after a few days. With a time span of just a week, I've noticed that I don't really want to eat anymore. I can drink a bottle of water and that be my meal. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's the affects of the surgery. Has anyone else experienced this, or has any idea how I can over come this and have the required calories/protein? Also, the protein drinks/shakes, I've tried to drink them but my sense of taste has changed and I can't even drink ISOPURE, and I used to love that stuff before surgery.
  4. The day of surgery I had 2 Jello cups in the hospital that I was staying, but haven't really eaten anything after discharge, roughly 2 - 3 jello cups. I still have pain around my incisions and I can't tell if I am having hunger pains or it's just part of the normal pains after surgery. I don't know what to do, should I force myself to eat or should I just keep drinking liquids?
