I was told that stretching your stomach will resort to having the band taken out and put back in a few weeks later after your stomach has shrunk. I am just wondering and slightly scared to know if and how you know your stomach is stretched. I've noticed that my hunger is back and I can eat almost all of the food on my plate before I get hungry again, usually consists of a chicken breast and a few boiled fresh carrots(chopped). Does it take a lot to stretch your stomach, and if so how would you know if you did?
