When I look in the mirror.....I still see the same person I saw 83lbs ago....I can tell the difference in pictures...but not in the mirror. Is that normal?

I'm 100 lbs down and over a year out and totally get this. I still see that same fat person. I think it just takes a while for the brain to catch up.
