I have about another 100 to lose.

Thanks I know it is amazing and a lot more then I could have done without surgery! I am just wondering what everyone else is eating?

What does your diet consist of? I am 4.5 months out and only down 69!

I'm 5, 2" my high weight was 319 lost 14 lbs during pre op and just did my one month follow up lost an additional 21 lbs so down to 284. Excited for the next couple of months!

My doctor had me use them for the first two weeks after surgery!

I am also on day two of my pre op diet and my stomach feels yucky. Is this normal?

My doctor says 80 g of protein, 33 g fat, 100 g carbs and 30g fiber.

My surgery is also Dec 28th.
