why is it when things happening in ur life and u get very very stressed out do we turn to comfort food, I have been banded for nearly 4 yrs and struggling big time

today is a special day for me as it,s 3 yrs since I had my gastricband operation starting weight was 350lb now down to 168lb I can,t believe how much it has changed me especially since I had my tummy tuck on the 13th October 2010

Hi Carrie the group is the last monday of every month I have booked Beech House 4 mths in advance. I am hoping to get Bruce Tulloch wife to come and do a talk as she is the same as Carol Sutherland but she is more into the obsity side of things. Hope she will agree to do it cause I think it would be interesting for everyone. The group starts a 6.30pm ish to 7.00pm. cheers Elaine
